Management Process

Step 1 Develop Strategies

We work with every client to identify their needs, concerns, snow budgets, and pin point problem areas on each property. We then implement the proper strategy while also assigning the right equipment to the site.

Step 2 Weather reporting emails

We report any weather warnings received for our service areas from our certified weather programs.

Step 3 Dispatch Crews

Our professional team is promptly dispatched to provide all services required specifically per each event.

Step 4 Event Monitoring

Our office and supervisors are constantly updating and receiving reports from our field crews.


 



Step 5 Service Inspection

Properties are inspected by our supervisors to make sure they are receiving the high quality of service we strive to achieve during each event.

Step 6 Email Service Reports

Each client will receive detailed information about the services they received.

Step 7 Billing

Our clients are billed within 48 hours after each event, helping them to manage and control their budgets.

Pre-Treatment and Ice Control

Professional Products and Methods

Anti-Icing with Hot Brine/Prior to Event

Magic -0 is our liquid pre-treatment applied by brine truck. We use this product because it’s non-toxic, bio-degradable and has a corrosion index lower than distilled water.

De-Icing/During or After Event

Magic Salt is a highly effective ice melting granular product that quickly acts to hard pack and bonded ice and snow quickly eliminating it from paved surfaces. Even though rock salt eventually dissolves in the melting process, the Magic Salt remains on the pavement surface and will prevent black ice from forming. Magic Salt is safe to use on concrete, is non-corrosive, does not harm curbside grassed areas or plants and continues to melt ice in below zero temperatures.
